A short checklist. None of it is mandatory, but doing any of it gets your cleaner started sooner.
- Sort the after-hours access plan, keys, swipe cards or alarm codes, all securely managed.
- Nominate a contact for the first visit so the floor-area measurement can be confirmed.
- Show us where consumables live if we're restocking from your supplies.
- Flag clinical or infection-control requirements in the booking notes.
- Ask the team to leave desks reasonably clear so surfaces can be wiped and sanitised properly.
- Note any areas that are off-limits or separately alarmed after hours.
After we leave
- Weekly cleans carry a 20% discount, twice-weekly 25% and nightly 30%.

How does the per-square-metre pricing work?
Enter your approximate floor area and the booking form prices it instantly. The first 50m² is included in the base rate. On the first visit your cleaner confirms the measurement; if it differs, you approve the adjusted price in the app before the next clean. No lock-in surprises.
Are your cleaners suitable for medical and clinical spaces?
Yes. Every Juno cleaner is police-checked, identity-verified and fully insured, and teams assigned to medical suites follow your infection-control requirements, including your specified products where required. Insurance certificates and compliance documents are available for building managers on request.
Do you supply bin liners, hand towel and soap?
By default we restock from supplies you provide. Add the Consumables Restock Service ($25/visit plus goods at cost) and we'll monitor levels, supply and restock everything so you never think about it again.
