No quotes and no site visits. A handful of inputs decide the number, and you see it before you commit.

What happens on the day

Every end of lease cleaning job runs the same sequence, so you know what you are getting before anyone knocks.

1. Book with property details

   Enter bedrooms, bathrooms and property type, and leave a key or lockbox code in the booking notes. You don't need to be there.

2. Kitchen: oven, stovetop & inside cupboards

   The oven and stovetop are degreased and every cupboard and drawer is cleaned inside, exactly what the exit report checks.

3. Bathrooms descaled & sanitised

   Bathrooms are descaled and sanitised, not just wiped over.

4. Every room to the agent checklist

   Skirting boards, doors, frames, light fittings, switches and vents, the clean follows the standard agent inspection checklist used across Victoria.

5. Optional carpet steam with compliant receipt

   Add the $99 Carpet Steam Clean if your lease requires professional carpet cleaning. A compliant receipt is emailed to you.

6. Photo report sent; 7-day re-clean cover

   We photograph the completed clean and send you a full report. If the agent flags any cleaning item within 7 days, we return and re-clean it free.

What your pro brings

Before we arrive

A short checklist. None of it is mandatory, but doing any of it gets your cleaner started sooner.

• Leave keys or a lockbox code in the booking notes. You don't need to attend.
• Keep power and water connected until after the clean.
• Remove your belongings first. We clean the property, not around boxes.
• Note the agent's inspection date so the clean lands close to it.
• Add the $99 carpet steam clean if your lease requires a professional receipt.
• Mention wall marks in the notes if you want Wall Spot Cleaning included.
• List any garage or balcony in the notes so the right add-ons are on the job.

After we leave

• We photograph the completed clean and send you a full report.
• If your agent flags any cleaning item on the exit report within 7 days, we return and re-clean it free.
• The clean follows the standard agent inspection checklist used across Victoria.
• A compliant carpet-steam receipt is emailed when the add-on is booked.
