How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains a home; a deep clean resets it. We work through every room in far more detail, behind and under appliances, descaling bathrooms, degreasing the kitchen, spot-cleaning walls and dusting vents and fittings. Most homes book one every 3–6 months alongside their regular cleans.
Which condition level should I choose?
Be honest, it only affects how much time we allocate. 'Well maintained' suits homes cleaned regularly, 'needs attention' suits a home that's gone a few months, and 'heavy build-up' covers post-tenant, long-vacant or seriously neglected homes. Your cleaner confirms on arrival and you approve any change in the app before work starts.
Do you move appliances?
We slide out fridges, washers and other appliances that can be safely moved on their own wheels or feet, and clean behind and beneath them. Built-in or plumbed-in appliances are cleaned as far as we can safely reach. We won't disconnect anything.
How long does a deep clean take?
