Juno Points

Points on top of everything else

Credits are your dollars off. Points are the extra layer: one point per dollar you pay, plus bonuses for referrals and reviews. Trade them in for credits whenever you like.

The rewards catalogue

Bigger swaps earn a better rate. Every reward is priced in points: there's no universal exchange rate, just what's on the shelf.

Redeemed credits land in your balance immediately and follow the normal Juno Credits rules, no expiry, no cash value, no minimum spend.

How points land in your account

Points are earned on what you actually pay: after discounts and after credits. Cover a whole job with credits and you'll earn no points on it, which is exactly how it should work.

Points, plainly

The bits people actually ask about.

Are points the same thing as Juno Credits?

No, and they never merge. Juno Credits are dollars: they apply straight to a booking at checkout and they never expire. Points are a separate loyalty layer you redeem from the catalogue above. Nothing about points changes how credits work.

Can I pay for a booking with points?

Not directly. Redeem points for a Juno Credit reward first, then spend those credits at checkout like any other credit. It's one extra tap and it keeps your balances honest.

Do points expire?

Booking, referral and review points expire two years after they're earned. Juno+ joining and renewal points don't expire. Anything expiring in the next 90 days is called out at the top of your activity list. Credits, by contrast, never expire.

Is there a fixed points-to-dollars rate?

No. The catalogue is the rate, and larger credit rewards are deliberately better value than small ones. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred and aren't redeemable for cash.

What happens to points if a booking is refunded?

Points earned on that booking are reversed, the same way the credits reward is. Anything you'd already redeemed stays redeemed: we don't claw back a reward you've used.
