Who counts as a "friend"?
Anyone who hasn't booked with HireJuno before. The discount applies to their first booking only, and one referral code can be used per new customer.
When do I get my credits?
Your credits are issued after your friend's first booking is completed — not just placed. If the booking is cancelled or refunded, the referral doesn't count.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No. Refer one friend or fifty — you earn credits for every new customer whose first job completes. Credits stack in your balance and can cover an entire booking.
What can I spend Juno Credits on?
Any HireJuno service, applied at checkout. Credits aren't redeemable for cash and can't be transferred to another account, but they never expire while your account stays active.
Anything that's not allowed?
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, posting your code in coupon directories, and paid advertising of your code are outside the spirit of the program. We may withhold credits where we detect misuse, and the full program terms live in our Terms of Service.
