Straight answers about how Juno Credits behave.
Do Juno Credits expire?
No — your credits never expire while your account remains active. Book at least once every couple of years and your balance carries forward indefinitely.
Can I redeem credits for cash?
No — Juno Credits aren't redeemable for cash, and can't be transferred to another account or exchanged for gift cards. They're spendable on any HireJuno service, which we think is even better.
How many credits can I use per booking?
As many as you like — up to your full balance or the booking total, whichever is smaller. If your credits cover the whole job, you pay nothing at checkout.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule?
Any credits you applied are returned to your balance in full, and the 5% booking reward is simply reversed. Rescheduling changes nothing — your credits stay attached to the booking.
Do promo credits have special conditions?
Occasionally a seasonal promotion will have its own window or minimum booking value — we'll always spell it out when the offer lands. Standard booking, referral, app and birthday credits have no special conditions.
