How you earn credits

The fine print, minus the fog

Do Juno Credits expire?

No: your credits never expire while your account remains active. Your balance carries forward indefinitely.

Can I redeem credits for cash?

No. Juno Credits aren't redeemable for cash, and can't be transferred to another account or exchanged for gift cards. They're spendable on any HireJuno service.

How many credits can I use per booking?

As many as you like: up to your full balance or the booking total, whichever is smaller. If your credits cover the whole job, you pay nothing at checkout.

What happens if I cancel or reschedule?

Any credits you applied are returned to your balance in full, and the booking reward is simply reversed: you'll see both movements in the list above. Rescheduling changes nothing.

What's the difference between Credits and Points?

Credits are dollars: they come off your bill automatically at checkout, on any service, with no minimum. Juno Points are a separate loyalty layer you can swap for items in the rewards catalogue. Points can't be applied at checkout and aren't dollars, so we never add the two together or show them as one balance.

Do Juno Points expire too?

Points can expire: most awards last two years from the day you earn them, and we'll warn you on this page well before any are due to go. Credits never expire while your account is active, including a credit you swapped points for.
